Southern Kids Inc is not liable and will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen items from USPS , UPS, or other shipping carrier.

If your shipment comes in broken/damaged, you have 24 hours from time of receiving the package to message me with images of the damage for a replacement. Refunds will not be offered unless I am unable to replace it, then at that time, I will issue a refund.
